7. Technical Disclaimer and Compatibility

Editor versus Live. Editor canvases may render components differently than Preview or Live mode. Preview/Live mode is the accurate representation.

Scoped components. Components are designed to be self‑contained and scoped to specific block IDs to reduce style leakage, but we cannot guarantee behavior if you modify the generated code.

Third‑party conflicts. We are not responsible for conflicts caused by other third‑party scripts, custom CSS, or platform changes.

Typography and visual rendering. Typography, animation timing, and visual appearance may vary depending on user content, selected fonts, editor structure, device size, browser behavior, and third-party platform rendering. Certain components may require manual adjustment across different environments.

7A. Cross-Platform Compatibility and Target Block ID

This system is primarily designed for the Systeme.io editor. However, components may also work in other page builders that support custom HTML and CSS injection.

The “Target Block ID” field is used to define where styles and scripts are applied. In Systeme.io, this typically refers to a Raw HTML block ID. In other environments, any valid CSS selector may be used.

Systeme.io Examples: #rawhtml-a7c2984b
Other Builders Examples: #custom-code-tDMUHF2c5i, .custom-class, #section-12345678

Component behavior may vary depending on the structure, styling system, and rendering rules of the platform being used. Manual adjustments may be required for optimal results outside Systeme.io.

8. Support Updates and Maintenance

Available Tools. Available Tools are provided without guaranteed support or update schedules unless explicitly stated.

Extended Tools. Support, updates, and maintenance terms for Extended Tools will be described at the time of purchase.

Access revocation. We may revoke access for license abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Revocation does not transfer ownership of any code you lawfully downloaded; continued use remains subject to the license restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KazyUI’s aggregate liability for direct damages arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you to KazyUI in the 12 months preceding the claim. If no fees were paid, liability is limited to a nominal amount of PHP 1,000 or equivalent. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

No warranty. The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of harmful components.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KazyUI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third‑party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access at our discretion for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or abuse. Upon termination, your license to access Premium areas is revoked. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that accrued prior to termination, including payment obligations and indemnities.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site and will take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Open-Source Components and Third-Party Licenses

Various components and code tools are adapted from third‑party open‑source projects and converted to HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. All required third-party notices, author attributions, and license texts are preserved within the respective component distributions.
