Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 9, 2026

Intellectual Property and Licensing Alignment

  • Repository and Open-Source Code. In accordance with the root LICENSE file, software code in the repository is licensed under the MIT License (Copyright (c) 2026 g4ri3). Nothing in these Terms claims that the entire repository is proprietary or that the root MIT License has been replaced, restricted, or superseded.
  • Proprietary Platform and Brand Assets. KazyUI's original platform service code, backend integrations, website architecture, user account systems, and proprietary brand assets (including the KazyUI name, trademarks, logos, visual brand identities, and proprietary platform designs) are proprietary to KazyUI and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  • Third-Party Components and Upstream Licenses. Certain components, tools, and code snippets included in or provided through KazyUI are adapted from or incorporate third-party works governed by their respective licenses (such as third-party MIT licenses or MIT + Commons Clause licenses). These components remain strictly governed by their respective third-party licenses. Nothing in these Terms restricts, replaces, or overrides rights or obligations established under those upstream licenses.
  • Preservation of Notices. You must preserve and maintain all required third-party copyright notices, author attributions, and license texts, including applicable MIT and MIT + Commons Clause terms, as included in the original files, component code, or generated snippets.

Permitted Use and License Restrictions

  • Permitted Use. You may integrate provided component code into personal or commercial funnels and websites you control, subject to the applicable license terms of each respective component.
  • License Compliance & Commons Clause. Components licensed under open-source terms (such as MIT) may be used and distributed according to their MIT license terms. Where components are governed by specific third-party licenses, including the Commons Clause condition, you must comply with all restrictions set forth therein (including restrictions against commercial resale or standalone redistribution of the licensed software itself, where specified by the upstream licensor).
  • Prohibited Use. You may not repackage, resell, or distribute KazyUI's proprietary platform code or brand assets as a standalone product or service. You may not remove or alter required copyright, author, or license notices from any component or source file.
  • Open-Source Rights Preserved. Nothing in these Terms restricts, limits, or alters any rights expressly granted to you under applicable third-party open-source licenses or the repository's root MIT License.

Modifications and Derivative Works

  • User Modifications. You may modify component code for your own projects and websites. Modified works remain subject to the underlying license terms of the original components (such as MIT or MIT + Commons Clause).
  • Derivative Obligations. If a component incorporates third-party code that requires attribution, license retention, or source distribution, you must comply with those upstream license conditions when distributing modified or derivative works.

Technical Expectations, Disclaimers and Compatibility

  • Editor versus Live. Editor canvases may render components differently than Preview or Live mode. Preview/Live mode is the accurate representation.
  • Compatibility. We do not guarantee compatibility with future updates to third‑party platforms. Purchases do not guarantee compatibility with future platform changes. This system is primarily designed for the Systeme.io editor; however, components may also work in other page builders that support custom HTML and CSS injection.
  • Typography and Visual Rendering. Typography, animation timing, and layout appearance may vary depending on user content, selected fonts, editor structure, device size, browser behavior, and third-party platform rendering. Certain components may require manual adjustment across different environments.
  • Target Block ID and Selector Behavior. The “Target Block ID” field is used to define where styles and scripts are applied. In Systeme.io, this typically refers to a Raw HTML block ID (e.g., #rawhtml-a7c2984b). In other environments, any valid CSS selector may be used (e.g., #section-123456, .custom-class, or [data-id="hero"]). Component behavior may vary depending on the structure, styling system, and rendering rules of the platform being used, and manual adjustments may be required for optimal results outside Systeme.io.

Support Updates and Maintenance

  • Free Tools. Free Tools are provided without guaranteed support.
  • Premium Tools. Support and update terms for Premium Tools will be specified at purchase.
  • Access Control. Access to Premium Tools is granted after successful payment and verification. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension.

Enforcement and Infringement

  • Reporting Infringement. To report alleged intellectual property infringement, provide a detailed notice including identification of the material allegedly infringed and sufficient information for us to investigate the claim.
  • Remedies. We may pursue legal and technical remedies for violations of proprietary rights or terms, including account termination and injunctive relief.

Third‑Party Notices and License Manifest

Applicable third-party copyright notices, upstream author attributions, and license texts (including MIT and MIT + Commons Clause licenses) are preserved and included directly within generated code comments, documentation, and component files where required. You agree to review and comply with the terms of those licenses when using components that reference them.

These Terms are provided for general informational and operational purposes and do not constitute legal advice.
